$140/hour — We do not accept insurance at this time, which allows us to prioritize your care over paperwork. By working outside of insurance, we’re free to tailor treatment to your needs — without requiring a mental health diagnosis, limiting session length, or disclosing sensitive information to third parties. This gives you greater privacy, flexibility, and control in your healing process. If you have out-of-network benefits, we’re happy to provide a superbill for potential reimbursement.
In today’s mental health landscape, many people are left waiting weeks — even months — for therapy. At Luma Via, we recognize the urgent need for accessible, timely support during life’s most challenging moments. That’s why we offer focused, short-term therapy designed to bridge the gap. Whether you're facing a recent mental health situation, navigating a transition, or simply need space to think clearly, we provide targeted support with the flexibility to choose from 3, 6, or 12-session options.
These sessions are not insurance-based and are offered out-of-pocket to reduce delays and red tape. While we provide meaningful support and stabilization during difficult times, Luma Via is not a crisis intervention service or available 24/7. If you are experiencing a psychiatric emergency or thoughts of harming yourself or others, please call 911, go to the nearest emergency room, or contact a local crisis line.
Parenting across two homes comes with unique challenges — and opportunities. Whether you’re just beginning this journey or have been navigating it for years, our Co-Parenting Planning Sessions provide structured, goal-oriented support to help caregivers work together more effectively. These sessions are not therapy, but rather a neutral, collaborative space to clarify priorities, reduce conflict, and build actionable plans focused on your children’s well-being. We help you identify shared goals, create parenting agreements, and establish routines that foster consistency, fairness, and communication.
Please note: These sessions are not clinical therapy and do not establish a therapist-client relationship. They are designed to facilitate cooperation between caregivers and are not appropriate for addressing individual mental health concerns. If therapy is needed, we can refer or coordinate separate services to support the emotional needs of caregivers or children.
