Hours of Service & Location (In Person)
Our clinicians have variable schedules and work with clients to find times that work for them both. Clients can be met via telehealth or in person upon their needs and preferences. Our in person location is available on 4915 Monona Drive Suite 307, right off the Beltline highway. Rides can be set up for free through MTM for any CCS meeting.
