I'm here for the professionals who are doing all the things and still wondering, "Is it supposed to be this hard?" Whether you're dealing with anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, or just that nagging feeling of "what now?", I offer a space where you can unpack it all—judgment-free and with a touch of humor.
Our sessions won't be scripted. We'll collaborate to identify what's beneath the surface and develop strategies that actually work for your busy life. That might include exploring your nervous system responses, reprocessing old patterns, or learning to pause before your brain launches into overdrive.

My approach is warm, direct, and practical, with a focus on real-life solutions. I also understand the unique pressures that come with balancing professional ambitions and family life.
I specialize in working with adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, executive functioning challenges, relationship and co-parenting stress, blended family dynamics, chronic illness, trauma, and major life transitions like divorce, grief, or becoming a parent. When relevant, I integrate nutritional psychiatry into our work. My therapeutic style blends cognitive behavioral and solution-focused therapy, and I often incorporate parts work (inspired by Internal Family Systems) to help clients understand the different sides of themselves—like the inner critic, the overachiever, or the part that just wants to hide. Together, we'll approach these parts with curiosity, not judgment, so you can feel more centered and in control.
